ipolytech provide plastic expert witness services to legal, industrial and insurance companies to identify the root cause of product failures.  Drawing on the techniques described in our Plastics Failure Analysis section, we have the experience and expertise to provide clear, concise technical reports based on our scientific and engineering knowledge.

Investigations are conducted by Gary Howe.  Gary Howe has over ten years experience of legal cases, has acted as a joint expert and has made court appearances in product failure and personal injury cases in both the UK and Ireland.  During that time he has written numerous technical reports in support of legal and insurance claims working as both an individual and  joint expert.

With 15 years experience of Plastics Technology he has extensive knowledge of the performance of thermoplastic and thermoset materials and components with particular expert knowledge of: failure analysis, defect assessment, processing faults and failure, analysis and testing of both polymer materials and components with expertise in accelerated product life determination:
